I love making real connections with my couples and bringing out their personalities in my portraits. My photography evokes feelings of genuine love & affection. I will create images that tell the story of your wedding day in the best way possible.
Old Town Alexandria has quickly become a favorite for engagement sessions. It is not hard to see why, with the cobblestone streets, charming houses, and the water. It is always a buzz with excitement and draws you into the city and all the fun things that go on. One of these days when I make a trip there for an engagement session, I will enjoy one of the delicious smelling restaurants.
Now on to the beautiful couple, Stephanie and Cameron! Their love story began a few years ago at a bar in Arlington, Virginia. After only a few months of knowing each other, Cameron received a promotion and moved to Houston, Texas. They did the long distance relationship for about a year before Stephanie also moved to Houston. And in case you are wondering, yes, they did fly all the way from Texas for their engagement session! 🙂 Stephanie and Cameron planned the whole weekend to get a chance to meet with all their wedding vendors, including a dress fitting, hair and makeup trial, and trying cakes. They certainly made the most out of their trip to Virginia!
This past summer, Stephanie and Cameron went on a romantic trip to Europe. They went to five countries, during which they made a stop in Paris. At midnight in front of the Eiffel Tower, Cameron proposed to Stephanie using his great-grandmother’s ring! I don’t think it can get much more romantic then that! Once they got back to the states, Stephanie and Cameron went ring shopping for Stephanie’s dream engagement ring.
Stephanie and Cameron are getting married this September at the Evergreen Country Club. It is going to be a truly romantic and passionate affair! I am so excited to capture their wedding day and the start of their next adventure: marriage.
